Hotel Pyramid - Rome

Nicole's warm hospitality and local dining recommendations enhanced our stay. The vibrant neighborhood atmosphere made our nights enjoyable, though the room was quite small, which was unexpected.

I had brand-new luxury room with air conditioner, a good shower, for instance. The location was stunning and excellant near Ostiense train station, near a train station.

The venue was quaint and nice, I liked the stay and the location was exceptionally nice not far from many buses, food shops and many bars and restaurants. There were spotlessly clean and luxury rooms with soft beds. The bathroom was nice, with bathtubs...

The room was clean but the stairs were a real hassle with my luggage.

The rooms were cheap and luxury with smoke detectors for our safety. Tea and coffee making equipment, and fridges were a big plus. The hotel was in a particularly good and amazing location adjacent to public transportation to historical center, the transport routes into the city and Colosseum and Palatine. The daily service was helpful. The atmosphere created was quiet!

Very, very nice and pleasant staff of the hotel. Quiet rooms with air conditioning and fast working WiFi.

A lekker location, super close to the metro and all the best pizza spots! The chommie at reception, Nicole, was fantastic-she got us sorted in no time and even gave us a birthday surprise! The brekkie is basic but gets you through the morning, ya know?

Carrying my bag up those stairs was a bit of a schlep!

hotel is great for its money. Responsive staff, clean, cleaned well. Towels and linen are new, they change regularly. Breakfast is standard, all fresh and delicious. Close to the subway and train station, it is convenient to get to the airport and sights.

area is not the cleanest, soundproofing could have been better.

The staff's warmth enhances your stay. The pastries are good, and the air conditioning is refreshing during hot days. A very clean and basic room was appreciated.

Location was ok and the hotel was cheap compared to other hotels in the area. Basic stuff only but perfect for us as we only wanted to visit the city. Room was spacious and clean, and we even had a balcony.

Breakfast was really poor. Shower could be improved.

The location was super convenient, and i appreciated the clean, simple room with great air conditioning. Breakfast was a good treat with fresh pastries that started my day right.

Nice hotel,very friendly staff ,the breakfast was ok,enough to start the day, perfect location, 5 min. To the metro station Piramid and 2 metro station to the city center.

Helpful staff, at the time we checked in around midnight (due to the late arrival of the flight), we were given a free map and instructions on what to see and where to go. Excellent service for the rest of the stay too.

Despite the warm days, the nights were cold for which some heating would have been useful. Not a minus though, it's the different climate only.
